All events utilizing TSA common space must be proposed to the administrative team by filling out this form. All requests will be reviewed during the weekly Admin Meeting on Thursdays at 10:00am. To ensure your event is reviewed in a timely manner, please submit this form 2 (TWO) weeks prior to your event. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee you the use of the requested space.
