Specify the amount of customer cost you're willing to cover in the interest of converting the customer to a paying customer. If you have a VM solution, many partners use the cost of the default configuration over the trial period, plus some additional to give the customer some leeway in how they configure the solution, as a reasonable value. For Kubernetes and SaaS solutions, take into consideration the amount of usage you expect the customer needs in order to make a decision.
