The Neuroscience of Performance: The Podium
In the first session, we laid the groundwork for your personal best. In the second session we'll learn how to set generative goals. Most athletes set goals like they’re making a grocery list: Win the championship. Improve my PB by 5%, etc.. The problem? Traditional goal-setting is static. It focuses on the "what" while completely ignoring the "how" of your neurological and psychological performance.

Static goals break under pressure. Generative goals grow. Whether you are coming off an injury, entering a physical or psychological slump, or hitting a new peak, this framework ensures you always have a clear, actionable North Star.

"The goal isn't just to cross the finish line; it's to build personal practices that support enduring personal resources, which allows athletes to redefine performance success to serve their capacity at any given time"
