Your evaluations provide invaluable feedback, which helps the Academy, instructors and advisors improve courses and the curriculum and assist future students. Please note that completion of course evaluations is a requirement for graduation.

Faculty DO NOT see the respondent name (first and last name are only collected for the Registrar to track the completion). The instructor will not see this form until he or she submits all grades for the semester.
