The Trans Journalists Association and MuckRock have partnered to help uncover, preserve and report on how the U.S. government is impacting trans communities through executive orders, legislation and other federal action. 

Know something we should be requesting, now or in the future? Let us know in the below form. 

We're particularly interested in follow up requests that show real-world effects after the immediate headlines, including:
  • promised reports about implementation and compliance with federal orders
  • the medium and long-term consequences of executive actions
  • other documents and data
We're interested in these documents from all levels of government, not just the federal government — as long as they're responding to some sort of federal action or directive. 

That includes:
  • federal agencies
  • state governments and agencies
  • local governments and agencies
  • regulatory/governing/managing/legislative bodies like school boards
