Welcome to London YouthMUN 2026!
My name is Josh Mills, and I will be the Secretary-General for the conference this academic year! Whether you are a returning school or completely new to London YouthMUN, we cannot wait to welcome you to the heart of London for a long weekend of Diplomacy.
This year, our conference will be held between the 13th and 15th March 2026, and we aim for it to be the most inclusive and well-rounded delegate experience to date. Below are further details that may be useful when completing the form:
The YouthMUN Tour:
The YouthMUN Tour is an initiative in which we - the Secretariat - come to your school and deliver an MUN session, preparing delegates for the conference and teaching them more about MUN. We aim to tailor our sessions to the needs of your students, meaning no matter their experience or otherwise, our sessions will always be useful and engaging. If you indicate an interest in the tour, our Under Secretary-General for Outreach, Alix, will reach out to arrange your session.
Please note that these sessions can be both online and in-person. For our in-person sessions, we are open for enquiries about sessions outside of London, both within the UK and also abroad. Please send any enquiries to outreach@lymun.org.uk.
The Assistant Chair Programme:
Our Assistant Chair Programme offers hard-working and dedicated students the chance to work with our University Chairs to control debate and oversee the proceedings of their respective committee throughout the Conference. Prior MUN experience is not a necessity for the role, but candidates need to show strong leadership and communication skills as well as a keen willingness to learn. Our Under Secretary-Chairing, Connor, will be in contact with schools once the applications are open, but if you have any questions, please reach out at chairing@lymun.org.uk.
We look forward to hearing back from you!
Best wishes,
Josh Mills
