Surf-Rescue Technician Pre-Employment Physical Skills Evaluation Registration
Please complete all areas on the form to pre-register for a Pre-Employment Physical Skills Evaluation (PEPSE). Testing (PEPSE) for the 2025 season begins Saturday, August 10, 2024 and continues through the year until June of 2025.  Accuracy is important and information you provide will be used to pre-print registration forms that you will complete and confirm on the day of your PEPSE. Do not complete more than one form. You will receive an immediate acknowledgment (pop-up message from google, Not an E-mail) to indicate that the form has been successfully communicated and received.
