Hello businesses of the City of Auburn!
We are The Canyons Endurance by UTMB, an ultra-trail marathon race held in the Endurance Capital of the World, Auburn California. This will be our 11th anniversary hosting our race in and around the Auburn area and American Canyons. We would love for you to get involved and help us welcome over 60 countries to Auburn.
Good to know!
How Many People?
We are expecting close to 10,000 runners, volunteers, spectators, crew and media at this years event! Our 100k, is one of three races in the world that is a Golden Ticket race, allowing the top three Female and Male winners directly into the Western States 100 in June. Because of this, we arguably the most competitive and watched 100k on the planet!

Opening Ceremony
We are kicking off this years Canyons with a Kids Race starting and finishing in our Start/Finish Chute on High St. on Friday, April 25th at 5:30 pm, followed by our Opening Ceremony party with live music food and drinks.

What to Plan For?
Hotels and motels tend to sell out over race week and weekend from Roseville up and through Auburn. To welcome the World to Auburn, we highly encourage all businesses to plan ahead and stock up on any inventory, plan for additional staff, extend business hours, etc.

Parking & Shuttles
The Rodeo is no longer on the same weekend as Canyons and as a result, we'll be using The Fairgrounds for all event parking to help mitigate traffic and parking downtown starting on Thursday, April 24th. We are going to provide shuttles to transport attendees from The Fairgrounds to our Expo, with stops in Old Town and Joe Elder's Bus Depot.
