44th District Utility Undergrounding Survey
In the wake of Hurricane Irene and the July Derecho, many people have been asking me about the possibility of undergrounding utility services in the Mount Vernon and Lee communities. This survey is designed to measure the level of interest in that possibility.

Today, the resistance of one resident can often prevent the undergrounding of utility lines on a street. What percentage of residents on a street should be able to force a utility line to be undergrounded?
100% - I think there should be unanimous agreement
