Deliverance Reminders: 
We wanted to provide you with some guidance and information on what to expect during a deliverance session, as well as some important steps to take before and after the process.

  • During the deliverance process, you can expect open communication, compassion, confidentiality, and to be handled with respect and dignity. The Holy Spirit will lead the process, and we will invite Jesus in to guide and protect. During the process, manifestations, deep feelings, and emotions may arise as unclean spirits leave, and healing and inner healing will take place. You will experience a release, heaviness lifting, and a sense of peace.  
  • Prior to your deliverance, it is essential to spend time with the Lord, get into the Word, and consider fasting. While seeking the Lord for guidance and direction, please write down anything that you need to repent of or renounce and anyone that you need to forgive.
  • After your deliverance, continue to spend time with the Lord, get into the Word daily, walk in your new identity in Christ, stand in your authority, and continue to walk in devotion, discipline, and dominion. Also, get connected into the community: Weekend services, small groups, etc. 
  • Hindrances to deliverance, may include continuing in present sin, known or unknown, unwillingness to engage in the process, lack of openness and honesty, and can't forgive/won't forgive.
