Be part of our clinical research on giant cell arteritis (temporal arteritis)
Emeritus Research is proud to be running clinical trials to investigate whether new medicines and treatments can reduce the symptoms associated with giant cell arteritis (also known as temporal arteritis).
Emeritus has two leading Rheumatologists, Prof Stephen Hall and A/Prof Andrew Ostor, leading our GCA studies and seeing participants. There are no costs for the study visits or medications for patients involved in the clinical trial and you will be compensated for your travel costs and inconvenience.
Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion criteria, so we need to ask a few questions to see if you are eligible. If you are eligible, we'll get in contact ASAP and provide you with the full details of the study. If not, we can keep you in mind for future studies.
If you prefer, you can just give us a call on 03 9509 6166 or email us at
and ask for more information on our GCA studies.
Please answer these questions so we can assess your eligibility...
