Pack It Up: Place the bra(s) and your receipt in a secure package (plastic is preferable).

Choose a Carrier: Ship it back using any carrier you prefer.

During Canada Post Strike? Text or email us to purchase a discounted UPS shipping label for a much lower rate than buying directly from UPS.

Important: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us, but don’t worry—we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending your exchange bra back to you (for your first exchange).
