AV application
The adult volunteer experience is open to any adult (18 and over) that has been out of high school for at least one year to serve with our elementary and middle school camps. Adults that have been out of high school for at least two years can serve with our elementary, middle or high school camps. As an adult volunteer, you are an integral part of the summer camp ministry and we are glad you are interested in serving this summer. Please complete your application by June 11th, 2020 to help us complete the administrative processes required for each applicant. If you have any questions, please e-mail Elyse Grossman at Elyse@wwumccc.org or call the camp office at 352-787-4345.

If yes, what is your position title?
Your answer
Do you have campers from your church with you this week?
Do you have biological children as campers here this week?
If yes, what age level camp will they be in?
Small Group Time
Please note that if a particular week/age level is not listed that means that it is full. Also be aware that If your own child is attending camp as a camper, we would like you to serve in an age level other than the one your child will be participating in. This will allow your child(ren) to experience camp on their own, which is a very valuable growth experience.
If you do not see a particular week and/or age level listed, that means that we have filled all volunteer spots available. Please choose another age level for the week you are coming or consider coming another week. Thanks!
Please choose the week and age level you are interested in working.
If you have made arrangements to teach with another Adult Volunteer, please indicate that here

All adult volunteers will be housed at the Conference Center (air-conditioned, hotel style rooms). The housing is single occupancy unless you tell us otherwise below (or if the space is extremely full, we may have to assign you a roommate). If you wish to have a roommate you will need to identify that below. Linens and towel are provided in your room. The Summer Camp Ministry cannot cover the room and board of spouse and/or family members. If you are planning on having your spouse or family members with you, please fill out the information below and plan on paying for them while you are at camp.
If you are planning on bringing your own children who are not old enough to attend as a camper, you must have someone who is able to watch your children during small group time (spouse, someone from your local church, etc.). Your own children cannot attend your small group with you. If your child is registered for the Day Camp program, their Breakfast and Lunch, Monday through Friday, are included in the cost of day camp.
