The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 is the fourth in an annual series of high-level events dedicated to the swift recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war of aggression. Following the spirit of previous Ukraine Reform Conferences (up to 2022) and the subsequent URC gatherings, URC2025 will continue to showcase Ukraine’s reform progress in the context of its economic resilience and EU accession process.
URC2025 will bring together governments, international organizations, financial institutions, businesses, regions, municipalities, and civil society, all united by a shared commitment to strengthening Ukraine’s resilience. Consistent with the Lugano Principles and building on the work done at URC2024 in Berlin, the conference embraces a “whole-of-society” approach, ensuring broad stakeholder participation. _______________________________________
