(1) Additional plans, specs, maps, and other required details must be sent to
harrisestatesacc@gmail.com. (2) Approval letter is voided if significant changes to the submitted project are made without ACC approval (change of paint color, plans, fencing type, etc.) (3) Start project 90 days from project start date. (4) Renters are required to get approval from their Property Management Company sent in an email to the HOA.
