Application for Residential Improvement (ARI)
Harris Estates Homeowners Association (HOA)

This form is used by the homeowners in the Harris Estates neighborhood to request a residential improvement.   The ARI will be received in the ACC email account, which is then automatically forwarded to the current ACC members and the HOA Board for record keeping.  The homeowner will receive a copy in the address provided below.    Additional documentation needs to be sent to the ACC email address at harrisestatesacc@gmail.com.   Thanks!

I (we) understand that no construction shall commence on any lot, nor shall any alterations or additions be made to any lot until the plans and specifications showing all details and time frames for the project have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee or by the Board of Directors.  All projects must comply with the Harris Estates HOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (aka "Declaration") and Architectural Control Committee Guidelines.  The Declaration is more restrictive than the ACC Guidelines.   Review our documents at www.harrisestateshoa.com

(1) Additional plans, specs, maps, and other required details must be sent to harrisestatesacc@gmail.com.  (2) Approval letter is voided if significant changes to the submitted project are made without ACC approval (change of paint color, plans, fencing type, etc.)  (3) Start project 90 days from project start date. (4) Renters are required to get approval from their Property Management Company sent in an email to the HOA.
