Each team runs an event to make an invitational run smoothly.  Some new coaches or small teams may be able to support by bringing parent volunteers as timers or graders for events. When you run an event, you write the test and submit it early for feedback, you bring paper copies of the tests/materials with you for each team, you grade/score the events and enter in final placements and return graded materials to registration to be given back to teams.  Please pick your TOP FIVE choices of events that are being run this year to be considered as supervisors.  We will make decisions based on expertise and experience and let you know what events you are running by early January at the latest.   ** You may only choose each ONE TIME!   TOP CHOICE- *
