Elevate & Embody: Yoga Teacher Mentorship by Detroit Yoga Lab

This 8 week Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program is designed to help new yoga teachers refine their skills and build confidence in every aspect of teaching. Through personalized mentorship, you'll learn to cue with clarity, sequence creative flows, lead grounding breath-work and meditation, and cultivate your own authentic voice as a teacher, and connect deeply with a supportive, like-minded community. Whether you're looking to strengthen your teaching skills or discover your authentic style, this program is your next step in becoming the impactful yoga teacher you're meant to be.

Dates: September 13- November 1st, 8 weeks, gatherings every Saturday at 11:30am in-studio at Detroit Yoga Lab
