To help us prepare safe and inclusive recipes and snacks for all participants. Please fill this out before your child’s first day of camp.

We are a nut-free facility, but cannot guarantee exposure from outside sources (e.g. other participants, cross-contamination, etc.). We do our best to minimize risks, but it's not 100% guaranteed. Please remind your child to stay vigilant, and let us know about any allergies by completing our allergy form.
