***VENDORS*** Keep it simple.
We encourage vendors to bring as LITTLE as possible. Less is more in this particular environment, because we don't want to over crowd the space. Consider Open Art Night a "creative show room" as opposed to a "market place". If you'd like to bring art to sell, bring ONE small table, either 4x4 or 3x6. You cannot bring more than one table. I'll familiarize myself with everyone's work ahead time so I can best assist you with your displays :)
NOTE: THERE IS MINIMAL WALL SPACE FOR HANGING ART. PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HANG ART.
***LIVE PAINTERS*** Only use the space you need.
Live Painters are encouraged to bring an easel, lighting, and something to paint. Live painters who are interested in selling products additionally, are welcome to bring a SMALL table to set beside your paint station/ easel. Don't bring a 3x6 table to display your products if you're live painting too. Let's utilize our spaces fairly so everyone feels comfortable and seen.
***WHAT TO BRING***
Lighting for your paintings/ products/ displays/ easels. 3 Prong extension cord (10ft minimum length) and one (3 prong) power strip.
***SET UP***
Open Art Night starts at 9PM SHARP. Set up starts at 7:30PM. Please be set up no later than 9PM. Your new point of contact is Mustafa. He'll be onsite at 7:30PM to help everyone get set up. If you know you're going to be late, please call or text him an hour in advance to let him know. His ph# is 720-908-5329
***LOAD IN***
Loading in Mirus is tricky because there is minimal parking out front. However, there is a loading zone that we can use, just make sure when you are done unloading your stuff -- MOVE YOUR CAR -- so other people can load in. Loading in through the alleyway is no longer an option. There is plenty of nearby parking across the street, on 12th, and one block west of Mirus.
***LOAD OUT***
Open Art Night ends at 1AM. Please do not leave in the middle of Open Art Night without letting someone know first. Mustafa will let everyone know when it is time to pack up and leave.
***SOME FINAL WORDS***
Be sure to promote this event as much as possible. Spread the word around your circles and on social media. Use the promo flyer below to share the event.
