Reservations are subject to change due to circumstances outside of the control of the HOA Board
Lake Lucinda community members reserving the park shelter are responsible for their guests. Any damage done to facility by members or their guests will result in fines to remedy damaged incurred.
Reservation is for shelter only. Bathrooms located in the shelter are still open for public use. Please be kind and welcoming to other community members who may need to use the facilities.
Clean up of facility must be complete, including cleaning the kitchenette area, a total floor sweep, fireplace sweep (if used) and scrubbing the grill and removing ashes (if used)
All tape must be removed from all surfaces (tables, walls, columns, etc).
All garbage and recycling must be removed from party area and placed into large cans in the parking lot.
Failure to properly clean the facility may result in revocation of right to reserve the space for private events by you.
Failure to follow these guidelines may also result in a fine to cover the costs of repair or maintence caused by ill use.
