1. Monthly Fees are non-refundable and must be paid before 1st of each month. 5% late fee administration charge would be added for each week late payment.
E.g.) If you pay $100 on the 15th of the month, two weeks late fee administration charge of $10 would be added, and you will be paying $110.
2. Students will not be permitted into classes if the registration form is not filled or monthly payment is not made
3. No make up classes are provided for missing classes.
4. If a student/parent decides to withdraw from the program, at least one month prior notice should be given. Otherwise, one additional month fee will be charged.
5. Services for students who do not follow rules and guidelines maybe terminated without prior warnings.
6. If the student needs special attention or have a medical condition that the management needs to be aware of should be disclosed.
7. Quality concerns can be brought to the administration's attention, and we will do our best to address the concerns. However, raising a quality concern cannot be used as an excuse not to pay the fee.
8. Trial Class Policy - a student maybe allowed to try first class, but if the student decides to continue with the classes, it will be considered as the first paid class.
