We are planning a series every other weekend over an 8 week period to exercise precaution for the persistent COVID-19 pandemic, attempting to build in a non-competition window for health monitoring. Therefor only the following tournament dates will be accepted:
June 12th
June 26th
July 10th
July 24th*

*July 24th will feature a end of day championship match between the two sides in the men's and women's brackets to crown a 2021 NERFU 7's Champion. Please take this into consideration for your schedule.

COVID-19 Pandemic Health Plan
Due to lingering concerns over the persistence of the COVID-19 pandemic, we require hosts to have a plan which considers the health and safety of all players, spectators, staff, volunteers and the surrounding community. Please be sure to thoroughly answer the following questions.

Please describe your contact tracing methodology and procedures for all who attend the event. *
Please indicate how many hand washing facilities will be made available to all who attend the event. *

1. A certified medical staff (at a minimum an EMT) will be available on-site for the entire duration of the tournament. *
