Learn how to segment your customer base and profile them for insights on how to engage them. You will also learn how to predict customer actions - how likely is a customer to churn?, how likely is a customer to purchase a product?
You do not need any background in statistical programming in Python or R for the first course, however modules 2 and 3 will require some level of coding experience.
Since this is a practical course, where you will run along with us through every step, you will need your own laptop with RAM space 4GB and above.
