Tour Wranglers
Assist attendees with tour transportation & taking count - in some cases leading participants to buses, and in other cases, accompanying groups to and from the tour site. Please mark dates available. Times and transportation methods vary. An email will follow with specific details and times.
Exhibits/Vendor Ambassadors
Generally 2 hour shifts. Circulate around the exhibit hall; talk with exhibitors; provide relief for solo exhibitors; help where needed to create a welcoming environment. An email will follow with more details.
Featured Vendor Presentations
Greet vendors making presentations; introduce featured vendors; close meeting and thank presenters and those in attendance. An email will follow with more specific details
Social Media
Assist with posting on social media channels (images, tweets, etc.) during sessions, tours, workshops, receptions and events. Times vary. An email will follow related to specific scheduling.
SCIP Makerspace
Greet visitors. Monitor supplies and activity areas. Assist staff as needed. An email will follow with more details. Mark as many hours as you are willing to cover.

Workshop Transportation Wranglers
Guide workshop attendees from Grand American Main Street Lobby to the University of Utah’s Marriott Library via light rail. You will be contacted by Workshop Coordinator with more specific details.
Guides for Emigration Canyon/City Creek Canyon Hike
Meet hikers in lobby, accompany on TRAX to City Creek Canyon paths, and return. An email will follow with more specific details.
Registration Desk
Staff the Registration Desk; hand out conference badges; greet and assist attendees and answer directional and informational questions. 1.5-2 hour shifts between 7:30am - 5:00pm. Please mark dates/times you are available. An email will follow closer to the conference confirming scheduled times.
