Our lottery will be held on Wednesday, March 7th, at 5:30pm in the Elementary Campus Board Room. You will receive the results of the lottery via USPS mail, phone call, and email within 7 business days. You are also welcome to attend the lottery in person.
Our lottery is entirely random; however, siblings of current students OR legacy students who completed 8th grade AND spent at least 4 years at ARS will be given priority status. Students whose parents are employed by ARS or who are on the Board of Directors may also be given priority provided they don't exceed 15% of our total enrollment. The lottery process is entirely transparent and open to the public. In total, there will be 18 individual lotteries; one for siblings in each grade level, and one for new families in each grade level. We do not anticipate this process will take more than one hour in total.
If you are applying for multiple students who are NOT part of a multiple birth, you will need to complete the entire application for each student separately. If you are applying for multiple students who ARE part of a multiple birth, you will have the opportunity to enter the information for both students on one application.
ARS does not consider race, national origin, religion, academic ability, disability, EC status, gender, or sexuality in the enrollment process, nor do we give preference to students for any reasons other than those described above. Students of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities are encouraged to apply.
You will be unable to save this form and return to it later, so be sure to complete and submit the entire form at one time. You will receive an email confirmation when the form is submitted.
