Consignors earn: 

40% on items $1-$49

50% on items $50 and above 

*Additional 15% added to total earnings if used as store credit 

Consignment Terms: 

Little Oak Collective prices your items based on market trends and research. Prices for items are at the sole discretion of Little Oak Collective. Clothing items follow a discount schedule and items are marked down 25% every month they are on the sales floor. Gear, toys, and books do not follow a discount schedule but may be discounted after 3 months. A handling fee will be added to the price of each item to cover merchandise processing. The fee is passed onto the buyer and not split with the consignor. 

All items not sold, with a value higher than $25, will be organized to return to the consignor. Little Oak Collective will email consignors when items are ready for pickup and consignors have 7 days from that email to pick up their unsold items. If items are not picked up within 7 days they become the property of Little Oak Collective. All items under $25 in value not sold will be donated to a local organization. 

Although we do our very best to take care of your items, Little Oak Collective is not responsible for loss by any means including but not limited to damage, theft or fire. Items left for consignment are left at the sole risk of the consignor. 

Items accepted for consignment that do not meet our standards for any reason may be donated without being processed. 

Once items have been accepted for consignment there is a $1 per item fee to take your items back. 

It is the responsibility of the consignor to stay informed on any policy changes or updates to the consignment agreement. 

Requesting a Payout: 

Payouts are through a secure third party integration, Checkbook. There is a $1.79 transaction payout fee. To request a payout please call 919 873 7944 (Raleigh) or 919 737 4751 (Wake Forest).
