TPC: Closing Letter Request Form
If you are an attorney or realtor requesting a closing letter from The Providence Club Home Owners Association, please fill out the below form in it's entirety. Allow a one week turn around for an emailed response. In general if all things are current, there is a $150 fee for a closing letter, and we also have a $100 initiation fee. We would also ask that you provide the new residents contact information so the HOA can correspond with the new homeowner after the closing has officially taken place and we've received a closing check.
