Return and Replacement Procedure
•Request a RA# (Return Authorization) number by completing this form.
•All returns without RA number will be refused.
•RA# (Return Authorization) will be emailed to you upon completion of this form.
•Write the RA# number outside the box and package the goods in original condition and with the original materials.
•Before checking your RA status with us, please track your package to see if we have received it.
•If free shipping promotion was applied to the order then actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.**


NOTE:
•If you have previously processed an "EXCHANGE" for a style/size within the same order#, it does not refresh the "30 day return period".
•30 days starts from the original order received date; not from the date your "EXCHANGE" was processed or received.
•In order to qualify for a "RETURN" credit back into your original form of payment, all orders must be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy.

For continental 48 states US customers only.
•Return Label is free for size / style exchange. Flat fee of $10 will be deducted from returns for refund.
•Service does not apply to Clearance Items ($40 or under) and Insoles.
•Service only applicable for the first return shipment of any order.
•Labels are issued through UPS via e-mail. You may print it out and tape outside the package return to us.
