Logistics Team- Foundation of the entire conference… Plan meals, create master schedule, schedule rooms, etc…
Educational Program Team- Recruit presenters, select educational programs, and evaluate programs. Assist with the creation of a paper or digital Guidebook for conference.
Hospitality/ Swag/ Social events Team- Select appropriate swag (give always) for the conference. Plan a social event and serve as welcome committee for conference.
Professional Development/ Service/ Volunteer Team- Mock Interviews and Resume Review. Research and host a volunteer/ service event.
Marketing/ Registration Team- Create digital and print ready logos. Market on social media and directly to colleges and universities. Set up and oversee registration process. Assist with the creation of a paper or digital Guidebook for conference.
Silent Auction/ Vendor Fair Team- Plan and advertise for silent auction to take place throughout conference. Find donors for auction items… Plan and organize a vendor fair.
*2019 NCCPA Fall Conference Chair -This is a two-year executive board member commitment. The position will shadow the current Conference Chair during the planning and implementation of the 2018 NCCPA Fall Conference. Additionally, the 2019 Fall Conference Chair will lead and plan the 2019 NCCPA Fall conference as well as select an incoming Conference Chair for the following year.*The Conference Chair must be a member of ACPA.
