The complaint form below is to be used by Hattiesburg Public Schools (HPS) employees and the general public to report suspected fraud, waste, and abuse. HPS employees and the general public may also report suspected fraud, waste and abuse directly to the Office of the Superintendent at superintendent@hattiesburgpsd.com or the HPSD Board of Trustees at trustees@hattiesburgpsd.com

The information reported may be shared with other government agencies that become involved during the course of any related investigation. Please complete as much of the information below as possible.
