Thank you for enquiring about trading at Vintage For Victory - Vintage Festival Wales 2023
Below are a few details which will help you decide if you would like to come along.
This is a very friendly, relaxed event and one which I am sure you would enjoy.
TRADING TIMES
Saturday 8th July - 10:00 - 21:00 (we ask all stalls holders to remain open until 19:00)
Sunday 9th July - 10:00 - 21:00 (we ask all stalls holders to remain open until 17:00)
EVENT SITE
V4V - Main Event Site
The event site is secure 24 hrs a day
All pitches include FREE camping pitch at the Vintage For Victory Campsite
(just a short distance away) All pitches include a power supply if required
All pitches include entry for stall operators only (Max 3 people unless agreed before hand)
Standard stall sizes are 3m x 3m or 6m x 3m (other sizes available on request)
(Food Vendors - pitch prices on application and must operate from a Vintage Inspired Vehicle or Stall)Option 1 You supply your own gazebo / marquee that can be closed with sides overnight.(Power supplied if required)
Cost of 3m x 3m trade space for Sat & Sun (inclusive) is £50
Cost of 6m x 3m trade space for Sat & Sun (inclusive) is £100
Cost of Over 6m x 3m trade space for Sat & Sun (inclusive) is £150
Option 2
We supply and erect marquee that can be closed with sides overnight.(Power supplied if required)
Cost of 3m x 3m Professional Pop Up Marquee for Sat & Sun (inclusive) is £100
Cost of 6m x 3m Professional Marquee Branded with your logo for Sat & Sun (inclusive) is £200
TRADE SET UP TIMES: Thursday 6th July 16:00 - 20:00 or Friday 7th July 9:00 - 20:00.
All trade stands must be in place by 20:00 Friday 7th July - Unless agreed in writing beforehand !
TRADE GET OUT TIMES: Sunday 10th July 19:00 - 22:00 or Monday 11th July 9:00 - 12:00
