All-natural, from Carlton Farms in Oregon. We sugar-cure, then smoke hams in-house.
BONE-IN HAMS, whole (18+ lbs.) or half (8-10 lbs.), $4.00/lb.
BONELESS HAMS, 3-5 lbs., $8.00/lb.

LAMB
100% grass-fed from Cattail Creek Lamb in Oregon.
BONE-IN LEG of LAMB, 5-6 lbs., $11/lb.
BONELESS LEG of LAMB, 4-5 lbs., $13/lb.
RACK of LAMB, 7 frenched ribs, $22/lb.

DRY-AGED PRIME RIB, $23 per lb.
The Lamborghini of prime ribs: a dry-aged Painted Hills prime rib. Worth. Every. Penny. Cut and tied, unless otherwise specified.

PRIME RIB, $16 per lb.
These are grade Painted Hills Choice or higher prime ribs for your holiday table, with consistent marbling. Cut and tied, unless otherwise specified.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Need a Whole Beef Tenderloin or a Pork Crown Roast? Just ask.

We recommend 1 lb. of bone-in meat/person and 1/2 lb. of boneless meat/person. For example, a half bone-in ham weighs approximately 8-10 lbs., and would feed 8-10 guests. A boneless ham weighs approximately 3-5 lbs., and would feed 6-10 guests.
