Order now, pay when you pick up!  We recommend 1 lb. of bone-in meat/person or 1/2 lb. of boneless meat/person. All pre-order items available April 1-4, 2026.

HAMS: All-natural, from Pure Country Farms. We maple-cure, then smoke hams in-house.   
(We do NOT offer spiral cut hams.)
BONE-IN HAMS, whole or half: $6/lb.
BONELESS HAMS: $11/lb.

LAMB: 100% grass-fed from Umpqua Valley.
BONE-IN LEG of LAMB, $13/lb.
BONELESS LEG of LAMB, $15/lb.
RACK of LAMB, $33/lb.
LAMB SHANK, $11/lb.

A-5 KOBE BEEF: from the Wagyu region of Japan.
Boneless Rib Eye, $85 lb.
Boneless New York, $75 lb.

40 DAY DRY-AGED PRIME RIB: $39 per lb.
The Lamborghini of prime ribs: a 40 day dry-aged Double R Ranch prime rib. Worth. Every. Penny.

PRIME RIB: $24 lb.
These are from Double R Ranch, graded upper choice or higher for your holiday table, with consistent marbling. Bones cut and tied back on, unless otherwise specified. (Boneless Prime Rib, $26 lb.)

BEEF TENDERLOIN ROAST: $43 lb.
Double R Ranch beef tenderloins come in 3 sizes: 2-3 lbs., 4-6 lbs. or 6-8 lbs.

CRAB CAKES: $20 for 2 Cakes
Dungeness crab cakes, panko crusted. Available in regular or gluten free.

PAN of TWICE BAKED POTATOES: $22
A tin pan of twice baked potato filling (no potato skins), feeds 5.

Looking for something specific? Just ask, we will try our best!

We recommend 1 lb. of bone-in meat/person and 1/2 lb. of boneless meat/person. For example, a half bone-in ham weighs approximately 7-9 lbs., and would feed 7-9 guests. A boneless ham weighs approximately 3.5-5.5 lbs., and would feed 7-11 guests.
