APPS Membership Form
Thank you for your interest in joining APPS SDSU. We are an organization centered on getting you on the right track to apply to pharmacy school. Your membership helps sponsor events, community service, socials, and most importantly, it helps bring in speakers from our community. Our meetings will take place in Legacy Suite in the Aztec Student Union (3rd floor), EVERY OTHER Monday at 4:00 pm.

To be a member of APPS for one academic year, you must complete the membership application and submit it online. In order to be an active member you must be assigned a group. You must also submit a due of $30 to the APPS Treasurer/President via cash.

To be considered an active member, you must attend 5 meetings, 6 events, 2 fundraisers, & 2 mentor/mentee group meet ups; if you cannot attend the meetings, you must participate in 7 events, 3 fundraisers, & 2 mentor/mentee group meet ups. We look forward to having you as a member!
