本フォームは「AiCuty著作物利用ガイドライン」第8条(2)に基づく Community License の申請フォームです。
申請者は法的に自然人であることが前提です。未成年の場合は、必ず保護者の同意を得て、保護者情報を記載してください。
申請内容を確認後、原則2週間以内に「許諾番号（NN）」をメールにて通知します。許諾はAICUの判断により取り消す場合があります。
