We are delighted in your interest in our five day Gold Rated Preschool Program. Please submit this application form in addition to making a $50 application fee at https://magic.collectorsolutions.com/magic-ui/Login/downers-grove-grade-sd-58. (When you go this webpage, please click "Make a one-time payment" to complete the application fee process.)

Applications for initial sorting are due by Wednesday, March 8th.  Current students and their siblings will receive first priority, followed by employees of District 58.

**Please note that this application form is for the tuition component of our program ($410.90 per month). If you are in need of financial assistance please consider signing up your child for a Preschool Screening to determine eligibility for our Preschool For All Program.  Call the Preschool office at 630-968-0454.
