The mission of BLOOM is to increase mental health literacy among youth in our communities. Based out of Kingston, ON, BLOOM aims to promote positive mental health among students, both at the local university and in surrounding public schools. The Queen's Medical School (QMED) Pediatric Interest Group is a club for current Queen's Medical Students interested in Pediatrics.

Join BLOOM and QMED Pediatrics Interest Group for a panel on the impacts of COVID-19 on children and adolescents, and how the pandemic has influenced one of the most important developmental stages of life. Featuring professionals in the field, we will explore the impacts of screen time, social interaction, cyberbullying, and interpersonal relationships on children and adolescents, and there will be a chance to get your questions answered as well.

Speakers:
Dr. Anita Federici - Clinical Psychologist and the Owner of The Centre for Psychology and Emotion Regulation
Dr. Marina Heifetz is currently the Child and Adolescent Psychologist and Director of Child and Family Services at York Region CBT.

The zoom link for this panel will be distributed via email 24 hours before the start time. If you do not receive a link, please email bloom@clubs.queensu.ca.
