1. Attend the required info session on Friday, September 25, 4-5:30 on Zoom. RSVP on this form
2. Submit the online application by Friday, October 16th 20120 at 10:00pm.
3. Request that one recommender complete this form by Friday, October 16th 20120 at 10:00pm.
4. Request a high school transcript and email it to
