St Paul the Apostle School, Doreen On-Site  Learning Program  15 February to 17 February 2021  - Parent Intentions Form
Dear Parents and Carers

Arrangements for Remote & Flexible Learning - Week 4 Term One 2021

In adhering to directives from the Victorian State Government and the CECV (Catholic Education Commission of Victoria), all students at St Paul the Apostle School, Doreen will be offered Remote and Flexible Learning for Week Four of Term One 2021. All children will return on Thursday 18 February. A SPA Update  will outline our plans for all levels.

We will continue to provide our Onsite School Program in a reduced capacity for parents who are Essential Workers. At this stage, the requirement for an Employer to sign your form is not necessary however it is important that we have a copy for organisational purposes as the school will be operating with minimum staff onsite.

Therefore, if you are an Essential Worker with a current Permitted Workers Permit and cannot provide care for your children on a daily basis, please provide a copy (PDF, scan or photo) of your Permit / last year's permit (if applicable) or use the blank Permit Form highlighted in our school Stream Message on 14 Feb 2021.

We ask also that you provide a copy for any adult at home who cannot supervise your child/children as evidence.

We are grateful that Camp Australia will continue to run a Before and After School Care Program for those children who are granted permission to attend our Remote and Flexible Learning Program on-site.  Parents can call Camp Australia Customer Care (1300105343) or book online ( to make a booking.

Please answer all questions on the survey so that we can organise On-Site Schooling for your child/children.
We encourage all other communication to be an email to your child's teacher or a pre-arranged phone call.  (Teacher emails will be listed in Schoolstream) Parents are asked to contact the school office on 92162000 and not enter the school premises. Student entry to school and dismissal requires parents collecting children to line up outside the school gate, adhering to the physical distances markers on the footpath.

NB: As a number of parents will now be working part-time, parents are able to collect their children earlier from school up until 3.00pm or then at 3.25pm to avoid any unnecessary interruptions to the On-site learning program,

This form is only applicable for the Week commencing 15 February to 17 February 2021. Please note that all children will return Thursday 18 February (unless Lockdown Restrictions are extended)

We thank you for your support and understanding with all of the above. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office or by email.
