Vendors are required to bring their own standard 6' table, or their preferred display fixtures to use in their 6' wide space as well as their own preferred method for receiving payments. There are only 2 space for 10ft tents, please contact us if you are requesting this larger space. You will be responsible for providing your own tent. Tent spaces will be an additional $40.
There are ATMs at both the Fernwood Inn and the Vegas Convenience Store.
Accepted applicants must pay $80 + GST ($84.00) for each market night they will be attending. In the very unlikely event a market is cancelled, we are unable to provide a refund.
Set up for market nights starts at 3 and must be finished by 3:45. Take down starts at 9pm, no earlier. We will send further unloading and parking information to all participating vendors closer to the dates.
This application closes May 16. All applicants will be contacted by May 20 regardless of acceptance.
