Parent and family involvement within the school is necessary to help support our teachers, students, and to maintain the culture we have at Rosemont.  This can include assisting in the classroom, going on a field trip or participating in fundraising activities throughout the  year.

If you are interested in giving time to the school, in any capacity, please complete this form as soon as possible with the following information.

Please note that volunteers are required to have a current police information check in order to volunteer for school activities and in the classroom. Further information about obtaining volunteer clearance can be found at the end of this form.

CLASSROOM PARENT

We need ONE room parent per class. 

The Room Parent works with the teacher and coordinates volunteers for: special events, classroom prep & activities. 

The Room Parent role requires 1-2 volunteer hours per month.

Please Check this box below if you wish be on the Rosemont School Council/ Rosemont Fundraising Society Circulation list.  These emails will inform you of functions throughout the year , fundraising opportunities within the school (Art Auction, Spolumbo's, Flowers, Casinos, etc), short and long term initiatives (Society funded residencies, school grounds improvements, etc), as well as upcoming monthly meetings and the minutes of these meeting.

PARENT BUDDIES
There have been a number of new parents and families to Rosemont recently. In an effort to build our welcoming and inclusive school community, we would like to give parents the opportunity to connect with a "parent buddy" to get better acquainted with the school and feel at home at Rosemont. You can be a buddy parent if you're new to the school or have been around for years. If you are interested in being a buddy or having a buddy, please include your name and contact details below. If you speak a language other than English and are willing to share that information, it may assist us in making helpful matches where English is not a first language.

Police Information Checks
Police clearance is good for 5 years. If you do not yet have your police clearance or if it has
expired or you are unsure of your status, please contact Karen Taylor in the school office
to confirm your eligibility and the current steps to process your volunteer clearance.
