Regina Farmers' Market Vendor Advance Bookings - July 2019 (Wed & Sat)
Welcome to our advance monthly booking system for July! Your advance monthly bookings are very much appreciated and allow us to effectively plan and promote upcoming markets.

Vendors that book in advance and meet the following criteria will receive a 10% discount on the booking (applied to September’s invoice):
1. Markets for the following month are booked in advance by the 15th of the previous month;
2. Payment is received in full as per the monthly booking payment schedule (see Vendor Handbook);
3. All markets booked are attended (excluding up to two “grace” markets per year that can be cancelled without any penalty).

If your plans change you're still welcome to add or cancel markets as per our booking and cancellation deadlines. For more information about our booking, cancellation and fee payment policies, please refer to the RFM Vendor Handbook: https://bit.ly/2CC0cPZ.

If you have not yet attended a market this season, or if your vehicle requirements have changed, please provide information about the vehicle you wish to park on City Square Plaza.
If at all possible, please help us to effectively use the limited space on City Square Plaza this season by removing your vehicle during the market. Parking space at all markets is limited, and all parked vehicles must be approved. Any changes in vehicle size or requirements must be communicated in advance. Unexpected or larger vehicles may have to be parked offsite. If you bring a trailer to market you should be prepared to unhook it and drop it during the market.

If you have booked 1-4 markets, payment in full is due by June 30. If you have booked 5-9 markets you can choose to pay in full by June 30 or to pay 50% by June 30 and 50% by July 15. For more details about payment options please see the Vendor Handbook.
