Judgment Writing
The ability to logically peruse and critically write is what makes one a skillful jurist. The meaning of justice for a judge may differ from what the parties may plead but the art of judgment writing is such that it must communicate the real intent to both the parties, to satiate them and conserve everyone's time and energy. The verdict of the Court shall not only state admitted facts, principles of law applied and direction to the parties but also reflect the jurisprudence behind the comprehension and resolution of a given dispute, leading to the ultimate deliverance of justice in its letter and spirit.
