We’re excited to launch three specialized subcommittees to tackle our key needs! Please let us know which one(s) you’d like to join by marking all that apply. Your involvement will help us make a bigger impact!   *

We are seeking three Chairs, one for each of the subcommittees listed above. 

As Chair of a subcommittee, you'll be responsible for leading and guiding your team to achieve specific goals. This includes:

Leadership: Provide clear direction and motivate team members to contribute effectively.

Coordination: Organize meetings, set agendas, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Communication
: Act as the main point of contact between the subcommittee and other groups or committees.

Delegation
: Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and track progress.

Problem-Solving
: Address any challenges or issues that arise and find solutions to keep the subcommittee on track.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the subcommittee's success and contributing to the overall mission.
