There are six main working groups, each responsible for different types of activities and requiring various different skills. The Actions working group are responsible for stalls, rallies, marches, creative and artistic activities, film showings, book readings, and stigma-busting events.

The Admin working group manage membership records, the newsletter and mailing lists, postal mail outs, merchandise and the online shop, and general IT administration.

The new Fundraising working group will be organising fundraising activities to raise funds for the Abortion Rights Campaign.

The Media working group coordinate spokespeople, media queries, press releases, social media, graphic design, videos, the website, and the ARC blog.

The Partnerships and Outreach working group represent ARC in the Coalition to Repeal the 8th Amendment and other feminist and pro-choice groups, coordinate with ally and partner organisations, deliver workshops and training to external groups, and support the development of ARC’s regional groups.

The Policy and Advocacy working group develop and coordinate ARC policy and strategic planning, and engage in advocacy with citizens, politicians, diplomats and organisations in local, national and international forums.
