For GRADUATES of an 8-week MBSR (or other MB) class: Refresh or re-start your practice with a day of mindfulness. All graduates of previous MBSR / MBCT classes are welcome. We meet from 10am-5pm on Saturday, October 19 at our usual NE Portland location. You know the drill: Bring your lunch, a mat, any sitting supplies you like. [If this is your first time attending, don't worry - we will email the address to you well in advance of the retreat!]
