I am older than bar/bat mitzvah but younger than 65, or older than 65 and have my physician's permission to attend
I am not severely obese, have lung disease, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, severe kidney or liver disease, neurological disorders, or immuno-compromised
I am comfortable attending minyan
I will wear my mask over my mouth and nose
I will maintain a distance of 8 feet between me and any non-family members
I will notify someone at YIOP if I test positive in the coming days
Which Minyanim do you plan to attend on Shabbos, 4/30-5/1?
Mincha, Kabbalat Shabbat, and Ma'ariv @ 6:45pm (Main Shul)
Early Shacharit @ 8:15am (Beit Midrash)
Shacharit @ 9:00am (Main Shul)
Mincha @ 8:10pm (Main Shul), followed by Shiur, followed by Ma'ariv
