Robo-Rattlers Survey
The Rutland Robo-Rattlers are a Lego Robotics team from Rutland VT. Every year we compete in a statewide competition involving building a Lego Mindstorms robot, researching and developing a solution to a real world problem, and testing our teamwork skills. Please help support our team by filling out this survey for our real-world project solution. We really appreciate it.

An Overview of our Idea
For our Lego robotics competition, we have to solve a real-world problem related to this year’s theme, Hydro-Dynamics. We’re looking at the problem of monitoring household water use, with the goal of making people more aware of the amount of water they use every day. Our invention, the H2Show Monitoring System, uses flow meters and buttons to monitor the amount of water being used in your house. The amounts are all sent to the web where the data is displayed as interactive charts. You can set goals for reducing water use, compare water use between different water sources in your house, compete against other households, earn badges and other awards, just like a FitBit, but for water use.
