Staged in the fashion capital of Columbus, this yearly event for the Halloween season bridges runway style with the culture of the Short North Arts District. Now entering its 18th year, HighBall Halloween has grown into what Fox News called “the single most elaborate Halloween event in the country” and what USA Today called “one of the nation’s top ten Halloween costume parties.In the past, HighBall Halloween has filled the streets in the Short North Arts District each year with over 15,000 attendees throughout the evening. Attendees range from Columbus locals to regional visitors and include adults of all ages. This year, as is being experienced by other local events, we’re anticipating crowd larger and more engaged than ever before.The HighBall Bazaar vendor market will offer an immersive and festive atmosphere to complement the Short North Arts District business community. An impressive array of creative and diverse vendors will be selected and given permits to set up shop alongside arts programming, music, and more on Columbus’ most visible street. Short North brick-and-mortar businesses within the street closure can also participate by setting up in front of their frontage on the sidewalk where permitted.
The following questions are to determine the varying needs of all vendors who would like to participate in the HighBall Bazaar vendor market. Completion of the following form does not guarantee acceptance. Once you have submitted your details below, you will be contacted by the Short North Alliance to confirm your participation and will be sent a payment link for the non-refundable vendor fee of $195.
-This fee supports the services and programming of Short North Alliance (SNA), including clean and safety programs, beautification, public art, and placemaking projects that emphasize community connectivity, and more.
**Applications for this market are for a 10x10 outdoor space on High Street in the Short North Arts District in Columbus, Ohio. Vendor must provide all set-up needs, including tents with two side walls and 20lb weights for each leg, tables, racks, etc.
**Bus vendors, pastry, coffee and non-alcoholic drink vendors are welcome to apply.
