Catalina Swim Team Sign-up 2025
Hello!  Welcome to the Catalina Swim Team! Please fill out this form accurately and completely.  We will have an in-person sign-up night on Wednesday, May 21st, from 5:00-7:00 pm at the pool.  We encourage you to attend as Coaches will be on hand to answer questions, there will be suits on hand to try on, as well as team T-shirt order forms.  If you have any questions please contact us at catalinaswimteam@gmail.com, or look for Coach Mike at the pool!

Cost:
MEMBERS
$60 for the first swimmer
$40 for each swimmer after the first one

NON-MEMBERS (Limited spots available. Members are given priority placement on the team if capacity is reached. Money will be refunded if a spot is not available.)
$75 for each swimmer

Checks can be made to "Catalina Swim Club" with "Swim Team" on the for/memo line. We can accept credit or debit cards at sign up on the 21st.
